Fountain is just as described!Highest quality and it performs as expected.I suggest following the detailed enclosed instructions as that will provide the best experience with the fountain.One tip is to make sure the pump is fully submerged in the water vessel and to add the rocks accordingly to adjust the flowI added more rocks than provided. The rock placement will assist with the natural water. flow soundMove the rocks around until you are satisfied with the appropriate water flow sound for you.

The pump is loud! The ceramic is pretty and nice!
I wanted to love this fountain so much. The ceramic is actually painted beautifully. It is solid and very nice. I had to return it because the pump is a cheap one and it is so loud. It is actually louder than the water that is trickling in the fountain. Kind of defeats the purpose. If they fix the pump, this would be great.

The water trickling sound isn’t very loud. It’s louder if there aren’t any stones underneath the trickle. It’s a very nice looking fountain. It’s fragile. So, put it in a safe location where it won’t be bumped. The top part could be easily knocked off. I’m happy with my purchase. It’s a very nice ceramic fountain. I set a candle in it with some quartz crystals and enjoy rearranging the stones and crystals.

Almost perfect
Absolutely love this fountain except the motor died after the 1st use. If it wasn’t for that I would give 5 starts but I had to purchase a second motor and that ended up increasing the over all price of the fountain. Not very happy about it :/It doesn’t make much water sound because of how smooth the ceramic is I believe. I places couple of rocks on each level and it resolved that issue. Over all I love it but I wish the motor was better quality.

Easy to assemble – Serene Sound

I tried several fountains before settling on this one. I wanted something large enough for my bird to drink from that had a soothing sound. This fits the bill. Instructions were included but hardly necessary as assembly was quite intuitive. You can hear the quiet patter of water in the video. The unit is all ceramic so easy to clean and durable. There is no light which would have added to the serene ambiance and no on/off switch which is convenient but not necessary since the fountain can be left running continuously as long as it is full.

Motor LOUD!
Pretty – yesEasy set up – yesPeaceful- NOI have had this for 4 days now. On day 3 you couldn’t hear the water over the motor. I made sure water level was correct and used distilled water. Unplugged it for an hour, worked good after, but only for about 3 hours and then it woke me up due to loud motor noise. It sounded like it was struggling to pump.I bought this for relaxing natural water sound during night. OPPOSITE. So disappointed – already threw box out, can’t even return the $60 trash

Beautiful, but noisy!! And cracked, poorly fixed brand new!
This is as beautiful as you would expect it, just like in the pictures. Easy to install. All good until you plug it in.. damn it, the noise the little motor makes totally covers the soothing sound of the dripping water with defeats the purpose. I will return unfortunately..Update: On a positive note, I just discovered that if I leave it on, after a while the noise subsides, and it actually sounds the way it should.HOWEVER, I just discovered a huge water mark on my desk underneath where the fountain sat. This thing ruined my desk, unfortunately. While getting it ready to return it, after it dried, I noticed that the bottom had a crack that was attempted to be fixed but it didn’t seal properly so it leaked big time. Just so you know, I didn’t purchase a refurbished product, or used. It was supposed to be a brand new product. Which came with a poorly fixed crack. I’m not trusting this brand going forward!

Ive had this for years. Use distilled water. If there is noise fill the water back up. Adjust the rocks if there is too much noise. Simple as that. I fill this back up once a week with water when i water my plants

The ceramic seems nice and sturdy, no leaks so far, and the pump has been quiet contrary to some reviews, I’m not sure if I got lucky or if it was due to me thoroughly rinsing the rocks and ceramic pieces before installing the pump to prevent grit getting into the pump. My one nitpick would be the length of the tube in the top section which is not long enough to easily attach to the pump once it is already submerged and suctioned to the bottom, I had to settle for leaving the pump partly above water to get the tube to reach.
